Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Humble, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,250-square-foot, one-story above grade pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.

The City of Humble is requesting competitive sealed proposals from qualified construction companies capable of constructing a 30'x75' engineered steel storage building. The successful vendor shall furnish all labor, supervision, and supplies necessary to complete the services. Proposals will be evaluated based on competitive pricing, years of experience, and listed references. It is the sole responsibility of the proposer to ensure that his/her bid is in the City of Humble Finance Director's Office prior to the expiration of the time and date above first written. It shall be each proposer's sole responsibility to inspect the site of the work and to inform him/herself regarding all local conditions under which the work is to be done. It shall be understood and agreed that all such factors have been thoroughly investigated and considered in the preparation of the proposal submitted. Upon consideration of the proposals, the City Council plans to award a contract; however, the City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all formalities and technicalities, and to accept any bid which it deems advantageous to the City.
