Construction of Humble High School Phase 3 project including pre-construction services, cost estimates, scheduling, and selection of building systems. The project includes the demolition of a portion of the existing Humble High School at 1700 Wilson Road Humble, TX 77338 (mainly limited to the east classroom wing), and the construction of a new 2-story wing to house CTE Spaces, Classrooms, Science Labs and other typical ancillary support spaces. Other project scope on the existing campus will include interior renovations for which scope is currently being established and defined. Minor renovation of other existing areas within the school or potentially in a neighboring existing school district facility will be necessary to house swing spaces for students and staff during theconstruction phase. Associated site work will include drives , parking, landscaping and other work as required. The estimated cost of all construction is Forty-six Million Dollars ($46M ) with a construction start date of October 2027 and substantial completion date of April 2029.
