The Arizona Game and Fish Department (the State), as authorized under A.R.S. 41-2501 is seeking to establish a contract to satisfy the needs of the Arizona Game and Fish Department. The Contractor shall provide all transportation, delivery labor, material, equipment, general conditions, overhead and profit, quality control, and permitting for the Ben Avery Shooting Facility (BASF) Sewer System Improvements. Phase 1 Construction Of New Private On-site Sanitary Sewer Gravity Collection System To Convey Existing Flows Plus 10% To An Existing City Of Phoenix Sanitary Sewer Force Main. Future Flows From The Conversion Of On-site Disposal System Will Be Permitted As A Future Project. New System To Be Tested And Capped At Upstream Ends Near Building Points Of Connections. Existing Septic Systems Will Remain In Place Until The Future Municipal Sewer Is Ready For Discharge.
