The City of Phoenix Aviation Department is seeking a qualified consultant to provide full architectural and program services, as well as construction administration and inspection for a new office facility for the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) Aviation Department Operations Division and PHX Police Airport Bureau.
