This requirement is currently unfunded, and any costs incurred by vendors to review the requirement or prepare a quote are at their own risk. Award may only be made if funding becomes available before September 30, 2026, and the Government reserves the right to make no award. The Government anticipates recommending award to a single vendor capable of satisfying the entire requirement described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Vendors intending to submit a quote must attend the scheduled site visit at 0900 hours on September 10, 2026, to remain eligible to quote. Quote submission instructions are provided in the attached Request for Quote (RFQ). This requirement is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. Location: Goldwater Air National Guard Base. Partial quotes will be deemed unresponsive and will not be evaluated. Contingent upon funding, the 161st Air Refueling Wing ( 161ARW) Base Contracting Office (BCO), Goldwater Air National Guard (ANG) Base intends to make a firm fixed price purchase order for the acquisition of Repair and Refresh of the Base gate area in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) at the Goldwater Air National Guard Base located at 3200 E Old Tower Rd Phoenix Arizona 85034-7263. 161ARW BCO will select the quote from a responsive, and Government Contracting eligible and technically responsible quoter that will provide the best value to the Government at the lowest quoted price. The Government intends to recommend award to only one (1) Vendor to satisfy the entire requirement, without discussions. The awardee SHALL begin work within forty five (45) days of the Notice-To-Proceed (NTP). 1. Install new ballistic glazing at new doors and window openings 2. Replace existing window with a fixed panel system 3. Install structural reinforcing within frames to support ballistic glass 4. Replace existing aluminum column cover 5. Remove existing sliding door system and install new hinged door system, with one door fixed in place 6. Provide labor only to install owner-supplied aluminum panels at built-in desk 7. Detach, lift, and reset existing gates as required 8. Replace ball-bearing roller hinges on all gates 9. Paint existing gates, including surface preparation and finish coating 10. Provide lifting equipment necessary to safely support gate removal and hinge replacement 11. Install hip roof fabric structure and steel framing 12. Remove pavement, auger column holes, and prepare foundations 13. Install rebar, anchor bolts, formwork, and place concrete columns 14. Erect steel columns and trusses using required lifting equipment 15. Provide all necessary equipment, material handling, and assembly 16.
