Reference Number 00005176198 The Lunenburg County Multi-Purpose Centre Corporation (LCMPCC), operating as the Lunenburg County Lifestyle Centre (LCLC), is inviting qualified contractors to submit proposals for the surface preparation, crack routing, sealing and line painting of the designated parking areas at its facility in Bridgewater, Nova Scotia. The intent of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to obtain competitive pricing from qualified contractors capable of completing the work safely, professionally and with minimal disruption to facility operations. Surface preparation of asphalt parking areas, crack routing and sealing, sealcoating, repainting parking stall lines and pavement markings, repainting accessible parking areas, fire lanes, loading zones, directional arrows, EV charging area parking reconfiguration, traffic control, parking closure coordination, cleanup, and restoration of work areas. The successful Proponent shall provide all labour, supervision , equipment, materials, traffic control and incidentals necessary to complete the work. All work shall be performed in accordance with industry best practices and all applicable regulations and safety requirements. The LCLC is seeking proposals for the rehabilitation and repainting of designated parking areas. The project generally includes but is not limited to Surface preparation of designated asphalt parking areas. Crack routing and sealing of asphalt cracks Sealcoating of designated asphalt parking areas. Repainting of parking stall lines and pavement markings as directed by the Owner. Coordination of parking closures and work activities to minimize disruption to facility operations. o Cleanup of the site and restoration of all work areas upon completion of the work.
