Renovation of a military facility in Newport, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

RFP D/B - Construction- NUWCDIVNPT- Vaporizer Enclosure (Design/Build) Design/build services are required for the construction of a vaporizer enclosure for the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport. The requirement includes access to drawings, specifications, and photos contained in controlled attachments. Interested contractors must have an active registration in SAM.gov and request access to the controlled technical documents. Access requests will be reviewed by the contracting officer, and approved entities are responsible for managing the documents in accordance with prescribed directives. Magnitude of Construction: Between $100,000 and $250,000. Period of Performance 180 Days after Date of Contract Award. All questions concerning this procurement, either technical or contractual, must be submitted via email by 16 September 2026. No direct discussion between the technical representative and prospective Offeror will be conducted.
