A third-party engineering firm is required to perform a limited structural condition assessment of the 156-foot SLC-3 Tower at Vandenberg SFB. Services include a physical field survey, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), structural analysis, and preparation of a final assessment report stamped by a California-licensed Structural Engineer. The draft report is due 30 days after award, and the final report is due 90 days after receipt of Government comments. Detailed requirements are provided in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Any questions are due no later than 12:00 PM (PST) Tuesday, 1 September 2026 The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time
