Provide facility readiness, maintenance, repair, modification, and modernization services for more than 130 facilities, property, and equipment supporting space, defense, test, and launch operations at Vandenberg Space Force Base and associated geographically separated locations. Services include maintenance and operation of facility infrastructure and systems such as water and gas mains, roads, generators, power distribution systems, HVAC systems, waste systems, and roofing, as well as execution of sustainment projects and standby support for urgent repairs during launch operations to maintain operational readiness. The work also includes inspection, testing, and certification of all Space Launch Delta 30 cranes and elevators. The objective is to ensure Real Property Installed Equipment (RPIE) and facilities remain fully operational and mission ready in support of ballistic missile, space, guided weapon, and aircraft test and evaluation missions for Space Launch Delta 30, civil engineering, launch and range operations, missile defense, space operations, intelligence missions, and other range users. The contract includes mission-essential services that must be maintained during peacetime, national emergencies, and wartime operations. A significant change from the incumbent contract is that operation and support of the South Vandenberg Power Plant is no longer included in the requirement.
