These real estate complexes are divided into four (4) groups which will be awarded separately. Conditions: only tenderers whose principal place of business is in Quebec or, where an intergovernmental agreement applies, are considered for the purposes of awarding the contract, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by this Agreement and which hold the applicable licences and permits under the laws in force. The tenderer must obtain the tender documents in his own name through the SEAO website and the tenders must be prepared on the forms provided in the tender documents. No bid guarantee is required by the Client. The bid must remain valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of opening the bids. A 5% guarantee of performance is required in the form of a bond or 2% in the form of a negotiable instrument (certified cheque, money order or bank draft).
