The scope of work is confined to the on-site Project work contained in the scope of the final construction contract of the General Contractor. The scope of Project work may be amended from time to time by the Owner's Representative to include work not performed under the above description. The parties hereby agree that all Tele-data work and associated electrical work performed on any of the sites during construction shall be done by employees represented by the signatory unions. For the purpose of this Agreement, Tele-data work shall include, but not limited to, the following: All receiving, placement, installation, operation, testing, inspection, maintenance, repair and service of radio, television, video, data, voice, sound, emergency call, microwave and visual production and reproduction apparatus, equipment and appliances used for domestic, commercial, education and entertainment purposes; all installation and erection of equipment, apparatus or appliance, cables and/or wire, emergency power (batteries) and all directly related work which becomes an integral part of the telecommunication and/or telecommunications related systems repair and service maintenance work of telecommunications systems and devices including, but not limited to, Private Branch Exchanges (PBX-PABX), Key equipment-owned, CCTV, CATV, card access, Systems RS 232 ethernet and/or any local area network system associated with computer installation. Every request for such interpretation should be made in writing, addressed to the Engineer, and to be given consideration, must be received at least ten ( 10) days prior to the final date fixed for receiving bids .
