This Request for Quotations (“RFQ”) is an invitation by the Municipality of the County of Annapolis (The Municipality) for the submission of bids related to the purchase, delivery, and setup of a modular lunchroom for the Bridgetown Public Works Building located at 54 Church Street, Bridgetown NS. Delivery Address: 54 Church Street, Bridgetown NS. The site is graded with all utilities (water, sewer, electric) ready for hookup. o Building Requirements: ? Minimum size 300 sq ft. O Building to be fully finished and insulated. O Space requirements: 1 Restroom with shower including all fixtures and hot water tank 1 Employee lunchroom including counter top, sink and fixtures plumbed to hot and cold water 1 Custodial closet 2 Exterior entrances Minimum 2 windows. Windows shall be operable 100 Amp breaker panel - at a minimum Ceiling lighting for the spaces Electrical outlets - at least 6 outlets in the lunchroom area Paneled walls and ceiling Vinyl covered flooring HVAC capable of maintaining 20 degrees Celsius year round Delivery to site including standard setup and required anchoring Unit set up for power and plumbing easy hook up Furniture not included o Supplier to submit all required material to the Municipality for permitting purposes as required. All construction and materials shall comply with all applicable building codes and accessibility regulations for Nova Scotia.
