Replace Turbidity Meters at Lake Creek Water Treatment Plant The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, transportation, and supervision necessary to: Remove existing turbidity meters, valves, tubing, and fittings. Provide and install: O Three (3) Hach TU5300sc turbidity meters: One (1) with basic cleaning head Two (2) with self-cleaning head (one will not be installed and provided to park for backup part) One (1) Hach SC4500 controller Provide electrical integration including: I 120V power connection (verify field conditions) O 4-20 mA output and/or Modbus communication integration with existing system Install approximately twenty (20) linear feet of sample tubing, isolation valves, flow control valves, and fittings. Install isolation valves and a bypass/sample loop configuration to allow maintenance without system shutdown. Perform full system startup, calibration, and commissioning using NIST-traceable standards. Provide calibration documentation meeting EPA SWTR requirements. Provide O&M manuals, shop drawings, and training. Optional Work: Provide a 1- to 3-year Hach field service contract for quarterly calibration and certification in accordance with EPA SWTR requirements.
