Site work and new construction of a civil project in Davis, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the construction of a water / sewer project.

Construction of a new 0.5 MG elevated water tank, including a control room, offices, restroom, and server room, new electrical service with backup power, and upsizing of six distribution pipeline segments from 10 to 16 inches. The Project includes replacing functionality of the Owner's existing elevated tank, which has reached the end of its useful life and does not meet current seismic design standards . The Project will include a new 0.5 MG elevated water tank; a control room, offices, restroom, and server room adjacent to the tank; a new electrical service with backup power; and upsizing existing distribution pipeline segments from 10" to 16" along with new connections to the tank Question Deadline 09/15/2026 at 5:00 PM PT All requests, questions or other communications regarding this RFQ shall be made in writing to the City via email only.
