Site work and new construction of a civil project in Little Rock, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The sewer extension project will include the design and construction of a new pump station and force main. The Contractor shall be familiar with the GCCM delivery method, as this project will be delivered through a GCCM process. The GCCM will provide the services for the project in a two (2) phase approach, preconstruction and construction. Responders should demonstrate their experience with providing GCCM services. Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, to waive any informality or irregularity in the submittals received, and to accept a submittal which is deemed to be in the best interest of Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority. Requests and inquiries from minority and women owned enterprises (MBE/WBE) are encouraged. Request for Qualifications (RFQ) packages will be available from Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority, 11 Clearwater Drive, Little Rock, Arkansas 72204. Interested firms are invited to secure RFQ packages by contacting Kira Wise, phone 501-688-1427 or email kira.wise@lrwra.com. Contacting by email is preferred so that the RFQ package can be sent electronically.
