The project consists of but not limited to the replacement of existing windows to include all associated work for complete installation . Contractors shall have 5 years minimum experience in the work to be performed. B. The contractor shall visit the site and become familiar with all aspects of the work to be performed and shall make all exploratory investigations required to insure that all the work can be performed and completed and shall include all necessary work associated to complete the work as indicated and to the intent of the drawings and specifications.
