The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection Office of Oil and Gas is soliciting bids to establish a contract for the Construction/Reclamation/Plugging Project in Wayne County on API# 47-099-00071 , alternatively known as Adkins #2 Well Plugging Project. TECHNICAL QUESTION DEADLINE : 09/18/2026 AT 1:30PM EASTERN All questions regarding this solicitation should be directed to DEPProcurement@wv.gov or DEP Procurement - (304) 926-0480. Please include solicitation number in the email subject line. The Contractor, the Contractor's agents, representatives, and subcontractors ("Contractor") shall provide all equipment, materials, labor, and related professional services to permanently plug selected orphaned, abandoned oil and/or natural gas wells on behalf of the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection's Office of Oil and Gas ("Agency").
