Question Deadline 09/21/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Clayton Harrison at CHC Engineers, LLC in writing to Claytonh@CHCEngineers.com Questions received less than seven (7) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials to manage water within the project limits, including the primary diversion structure, associated ponds, and ditch channels. Questions regarding obtaining bid documents shall be directed to Stacy Dodd at (505)632-2800 or bloomfield@bidnm.org. The work consists of constructing a spillway structure in accordance with the project specifications. This includes required concrete work, excavation, dirt work, placement of materials, and site restoration as specified in the construction documents.
