The Minneapolis Health Department (MHD) invites licensed contracting businesses to provide renovation services in residential buildings. Contracted work is paid for by grant funds from the City of Minneapolis. Renovation work, related to health and safety concerns, will be included in the scope of work. The business must be licensed by the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry as a Residential Building Contractor (RBC), and by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as a Certified Renovation Firm under 40 CFR 745 at the time of submitting a bid . All individual workers and supervisors must have successfully completed personal lead certifications prior to the commencement of work. Questions due by: 08/27/2026 AT 10AM CST
