Renovation of a transportation facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
Work of this Contract comprises the work of 2026 Plumbing Infrastructure Upgrade Program located at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport for the Metropolitan Airports Commission, Owner, is defined by the Contract Documents, and consists of the following 1 . Concourse F - Install surge arrestor tanks or shock absorbers in restroom and install pressure reducing valves with bypass arrangement in chases on CW lines serving chases. 2. Replace section of storm piping with insulation in the valet area. Install heat trace on portion of storm piping. 3. Replace (2) two existing high efficiency tank type gas fired water heaters at Fire Station #1 . Replace (2) two domestic hot water recirculating pumps associated with the water heaters. Remove existing sanitary sewer line serving the Delta Sky Club and reroute and connect into a building sanitary sewer line. Work for the portion of the project is located in the tug drive area. Question Deadline 09/08/2026 Every request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing to Aaron Johnson, Michaud Cooley Erickson, ajohnson@michaudcooley.com. Any inquiry received (7) or more days prior to the time for opening of bids will be considered. Installation of pressure reducing valves, surge tanks, shock arrestors, storm drain and heat trace replacement, sanitary piping, water heater and recirculating pump replacement, controls, and electrical power disconnect and reconnection.
