The ground level of the parking facility would utilize the existing surface parking lot. The project will be funded using City bond funds. The City is requesting proposals from State of Connecticut licensed architectural and engineering design teams to develop concept, design and construction documents. The project will be facilitated through the City's Department of Economic and Community Development.
