Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; and communication facility.
Construction of a new 25 MGD rate of flow control station (ROFC) including underground vault, bridge crane, instrument and valve trains, sump pumps, all-weather vehicular access, steel fencing, water quality monitoring station, new fiber optic network, and supply pipeline hot tap. Question Deadline 09/24/2026 at 10:00 AM PT -- Online portal. The Work consists of the construction of a new 25 MGD rate of flow control station (ROFC) and associated supply pipeline. Elements of the ROFC include an underground vault with access hatches and a bridge crane for equipment movement, ROFC instrument and valve trains, sump pumps, all-weather vehicular access, CMU-tube steel fencing with motorized access gate and card readers, a water quality monitoring and sampling station, a new fiber optic network connecting to the Owner's existing fiber optic network, and an extension of NVE electrical infrastructure to serve the site. Elements of the supply pipeline include a hot tap of the existing Las Vegas Valley Lateral and connection to the City of Henderson's Reservoir 47 pipe. The Owner requires the Project commence within 30 consecutive Calendar Days after the effective date of the Final Notice to Proceed and the Project be completed within 360 consecutive Calendar Days after the effective date of the Limited Notice to Proceed.
