The project will be delivered using the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) project delivery method. Services for this project will include construction management, building inspection services, and Independent Cost Estimate (ICE) support throughout design and construction. (ii) 3484L Valley View Campus Warehouse - Warehouse and Maintenance Complex (Design -BidBuild Delivery) This project consists of the construction of an approximately 100,000-square-foot warehouse complex incorporating both indoor and outdoor operational areas, a maintenance shop, and associated site improvements. The project will be delivered utilizing the traditional Design-BidBuild (Competitive Bid) delivery method.
