Renovation of a military facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
This project consists of the modification and retrofitting of the existing manual sliding entry gate at the Anthony Cometa Campus, located at the intersection of Arville Street and West Serene Avenue. The entry gate is situated on the north side of the property. The scope of work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, permitting, and coordination necessary to convert the existing manual gate into an automated, access controlled system. Work includes the installation of an automated gate operator with access control , retrofitting the existing metal gate and its supporting structure to accommodate the gate motor, and constructing a concrete equipment pad with protective bollards. The contractor shall also provide trenching and installation of electrical and low-voltage conduits, wiring, and connections from the gate and access control components back to the existing Field Maintenance Shop Building. Trenching shall be performed as required to serve access control units on both sides of the entry gate. All disturbed areas shall be restored to existing conditions or better. Contract Time (calendar days): 45 days Question Deadline 09/21/2026 Bidders may request interpretations or clarifications of the Bid Documents at any time prior to 72 hours before the Bid Time by making a written request to the Architect or Engineer, who may then issue a written addendum to all Bidders prior to the Bid Time.
