For the following contract: Drainage Contract: Furnish and place approximately 2 Ea Inlet Box, Top and Grate : 40 LF 48 HDPE Pipe: 40 LF 18 HDPE Pipe ; 61 SY Trench Restoration ; 180 Ton R-7 Rock: 974 Ton R-8 Rock: 752 SY Geotextile and Clean and Flush 40 LF of 24 Pipe. Performance bond and payment in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of workers compensation insurance will be required from the responsible bidder. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contracts is required of all bidders . Prevailing Wage Rates shall be paid on the project. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals
