Site work for a water / sewer project in Muncy, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The West Branch Regional Authority will receive sealed bids, one (1) original and two (2) copies, for the manufacturing of four (4) sanitary sewer gravity manholes as well as three (3) sanitary sewer force main air release valve manholes The Muncy Trunk Line Replacement Project is being supported in part by federal award number 24-6000733 awarded to the West Branch Regional Authority by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of the West Branch Regional Authority, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total of the Bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The bidder shall include the fully complete Non-Collusion Affidavit with the bid. Bids may be held by the West Branch Regional Authority for up to 60 days from the date of opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders prior to awarding the contract. The West Branch Regional Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities, or to negotiate contract amounts. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage applies to this Project.
