The Town of Arlington (the "Town"), acting through its Department of Planning and Community Development (DPCD) and Town Manager, is requesting proposals from Mass Save(R) participating Home Performance Contractors (HPCs) to provide marketing support, customer acquisition and intake, and direct services related to Mass Save Home Energy Assessments and weatherization in 1-4 unit residential buildings, with a focus on the Town's priority populations of rental properties, moderate-income households, and low-income households (heating with oil, propane, or electric resistance only). Question Deadline 09/17/2026 Proposers requiring clarification or interpretation of the RFQ shall make a written request to Mary Ellen De Natale, Purchasing Agent, at MDeNatale@town.Arlington.ma.us. The Town will answer such requests only if received at least seven (7) days prior to the proposal due date. The Town reserves the right to cancel the RFQ process, and to reject in whole or in part any and all proposals, if it is deemed in the best interests of the Town to do so.
