This contract is an intersection improvement project which provides for the construction of a single-lane roundabout, an illumination system, stormwater conveyance and a stormwater facility at the intersection of SW Pine Road and Sidney Road SW, in accordance with the Contract Documents. The CONTRACTOR shall furnish all of the labor, materials, tools, equipment, and everything needed for the construction and completion of the Work described herein, in accordance with, and more fully described in , the Contract Documents. Construction of a single-lane roundabout, illumination system, stormwater conveyance, and a stormwater facility. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Performance Bond required (unspecified amount), Payment Bond required (unspecified amount). The engineer's estimate ranges from $2,000,000 to $2,500,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
