Hood Community College (MHCC), is seeking proposals from experienced Construction Managers/General Contractors (CM /GC) for Construct and renovate multiple facilities and campus areas throughout the Mt. Hood Community College Gresham Campus, organized into three major work packages: 1 : Athletics / Title IX Improvements, 2: Health & Science Improvements, and 3: Academic Center/Campus Improvements.
