Site work, new construction and renovation of a water / sewer project in Longwood, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Installation of new and replacement water main laterals, including fittings, valves, and appurtenances, along with system disinfection and testing to verify performance. The City of Longwood is soliciting sealed bids from qualified and appropriately licensed contractors for the Coventry Water Service Line Replacement Project. The project generally consists of replacing potable water service infrastructure throughout the Coventry neighborhood, reconnecting affected water services, and restoring areas disturbed by construction. Work will primarily occur within public rights-of-way and easements and will be completed under a single construction contract. Detailed requirements, locations, quantities, materials, and construction standards are provided in the Scope of Work, Contract Drawings, Technical Specifications, Bid Form , and other Contract Documents. The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, and permits required to complete the project.
