Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permitting, traffic control, and incidentals necessary for the completion of stormwater pipe lining rehabilitation. The Contractor shall provide all work required for a completed project, including but not limited to labor, supervision, traffic control, materials, equipment, installation, and incidentals required for complete rehabilitation, in accordance with all applicable City standards, FDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction (latest edition), and manufacturer and industry standards. Work under this Contract may include stormwater culvert inspection, cleaning, and rehabilitation; pre- and post-work video inspections; easement access; maintenance of traffic; isolation and bypass pumping; Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) reconstruction; Centrifugally Cast-in-Place Structural Cement; slip lining with High Density Polyethylene Pipe ( HDPE); erosion and sediment control ; site restoration; obtaining all required permits associated with the work; and signed and sealed FDOT structural and loading calculations for lining materials. Each of the twentysix (26) sites identified herein shall be bid, evaluated, and awarded independently. The City reserves the right to award any number of sites, based on funding availability and project priority, and is under no obligation to award all sites identified in this Invitation to Bid.
