Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Navassa, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The Town of Navassa is requesting proposals from qualified bidders for the design-build construction of public restrooms at Phoenix Park. The chosen design/build team will lead a comprehensive and complete process for design, development, and construction. The Town is open to a prefabricated restroom option. This project must provide a long-term sustainable structure that supports the all-inclusive needs of park visitors. Project Approach - The project includes installation of a prefabricated restroom facility. The restroom will serve high traffic amenities including the playground, courts and softball field. The structure should have two ADA single users' restrooms and fixtures . It must have ADA toilets, sinks, ADA grab bars, interior and exterior lighting. The Town reserves the right to amend the RFP based on questions and issues raised during the conduct of this solicitation. It reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
