The work generally consists of construction of a pre-engineered metal building with a footprint of 140 feet by 120 feet, an attached canopy measuring 140 feet by 20 feet, a gable roof, a low eave height of approximately 30 feet, and associated electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection work. Other work shall include: site work including site clearing, foundation work, buried utilities including water, sanitary sewer, and natural gas, stormwater management controls, parking area, driveway, and materials staging area.
