Whenever possible throughout the Contract Documents, the minimum acceptable quality of workmanship and materials has been defined either by manufacturer's name and catalog number or by reference to recognized industry standards. 2. To facilitate CONTRACTOR's understanding of the design intent, procedures have been established for advance submittal of design data and for its review or rejection by ENGINEER. 3. The type of submittal requirements specified in this section include construction progress schedule, submittal schedule, shop drawings, product data, samples, maintenance manuals, and other miscellaneous work-related submittals. CONTRACTOR shall provide all items, articles, materials , operations or methods mentioned or scheduled on the Drawings or herein specified : including all labor, supervision, equipment, incidentals, taxes, and permits necessary to complete the Work as described within the Contract Documents. CONTRACTOR shall install all items provided by OWNER as mentioned or scheduled on the Drawings or herein specified. Construction of a veterans memorial park, raised seat walls, installation of storm sewer, installation of concrete and brick paver pathways; lighting, electrical, and technology improvements; landscaping; and general site grading.
