Description

Renovation of a military facility in Eglin, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

Provide and replace the Access Control System in accordance with the attached Statement of Work titled 388 EWS ACS System R109 SOW_8Jul26. The work consists of furnishing and replacing the existing access control system as specified in the Statement of Work requirements. . Objectives Replace obsolete hardware and software Implement CAC-enabled, PIN-capable credentialing Enable on-site badge issuance . Improve system usability through workstation relocation Consolidate control of access points into a standalone system The existing Access Control System (ACS) in Building 351 at Eglin Air Force Base has reached its end -of-life cycle. The current hardware and software are outdated, resulting in operational inefficiencies and reliability concerns. Specifically, the management workstation operates on an aging laptop that no longer meets necessary performance standards. Additionally, the Lenel OnGuard license has expired and requires an upgrade to a current, manufacturer-supported version to ensure compliance and ongoing system support.
