Renovation of a military facility in Eglin, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Direct Digital Control (DDC) and JACE upgrades to be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work dated 20 May 2026. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the upgrades as a commercial service, ensuring proper installation, integration, and functionality of the systems under a firm-fixed-price contract. Work is set aside for small businesses and requires submission of quotations that clearly identify business size status. The requirement includes adherence to all referenced clauses and provisions and compliance with applicable acquisition regulations for commercial products and services.
