This Scope of Work (SOW) defines the requirements for construction services to be delivered by the Contractor for the completion of FTFA23JG07 - DSN- upgrade HVAC BLDG - 9485 TS C- 10. The Contractor is responsible for performing all construction activities including demolition of existing systems as required to accommodate new HVAC components, installation of new air distribution and piping systems, coordination of utility connections, and bldg. integration with existing infrastructure. The Contractor shall furnish all parts, labor, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary for construction and shall construct the project in accordance with the approved design drawings and specifications. The Contractor shall ensure the finished HVAC system is fully mission capable, properly commissioned and tested, and ensure compliance with all Air Force and industry applicable current codes, regulations, guidelines, manuals, acts, laws, and standards, delivering a fully completed and functional project ready for occupancy and operational use. The Contractor must be responsible for all architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection system modifications required to support the intended functionality and occupancy of the renovated space. This includes: o Architectural: Space planning, interior finishes, and accessibility compliance. o Mechanical: HVAC systems, ventilation, and temperature control. o Electrical: Power distribution, lighting, and grounding. o Plumbing: Domestic water supply, sanitary drainage, and fixtures.
