The requirement involves providing comprehensive flooring removal and installation services under an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract. Work includes the removal of existing flooring systems and the installation of new flooring of various types such as carpet, tile, laminate, and wood, along with associated accessories including cove base, trim, thresholds, and transition strips. Services may also include minor preparation activities, interior protective coatings, filling interior brick joints with paintable caulking, application of special markings or decals, minor painting, debris disposal, and the moving or lifting of furniture before or after installation as required. All work will be performed in accordance with individual task order Statements of Work and project drawings, with project sizes ranging approximately from 200 to 20,000 square feet and potentially spanning single or multiple locations per task order. The contractor must procure carpet materials from authorized Air Force Carpet II Tier I manufacturers and perform installation services in full compliance with the mandatory Air Force Carpet II Program requirements, including adherence to the applicable Ordering Guide and Mandatory Use Policy. The contractor will be responsible for coordinating material procurement and installation within a task order environment to ensure timely and compliant execution of each project. All labor, materials, and finishing work necessary to deliver complete and functional flooring systems must be provided in strict accordance with the technical provisions of the contract.
