MnDOT requests letters of interest for assisting MnDOT in developing construction deliverables for its first pilot project using Model as the Legal Document (MALD) for a bridge project. MnDOT plans to produce MALD deliverables for a new bridge project. The bridge is anticipated to be a multi-span, prestressed concrete I-girder bridge over water supported on multi-column or pile bent piers and integral abutments. MnDOT will develop the deliverables in-house and will need assistance from the Contractor with modeling support and guidance throughout the development of the construction deliverables. Prospective, pre-qualified responders who have any questions regarding this Announcement must submit questions, by email, to the Contract Administrator: Colleen Lichtsinn, Contract Administrator Colleen.lichtsinn@state.mn.us Questions regarding this Announcement must be received, via e-mail, by the Contact Administrator identified above no later than 2:00 pm Central Time, on 09/11/2026.
