Renovation of a laboratory facility in Tacoma, Washington. Working plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.

Replace the existing leaking torch-down roof over the laboratory storage rooms in Building 81 with a TPO roofing system. Work includes removal of the existing roofing system and installation of a new TPO roof to provide a long-term solution to persistent water intrusion issues. The roof area contains six air conditioning units that serve the laboratory below and must remain operational nearly year-round during the project. The work is anticipated to be completed within approximately 120 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The Magnitude of Construction is expected to be between $100,000 and $250,000. Location: American Lake Facilities Maintenance Service, Building 81, 9600 Veterans Drive SW, Tacoma, WA 98493. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
