The estimated range for this project as determined by the City Engineer's Office is : $ 2,000,000 - $5,000,000 . On all construction projects the successful bidder shall be required to certify that he/she is in compliance with ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 or the Davis Bacon Act, 40 USC 3141 to 3148 relative to prevailing wage rates .
