Site work and new construction of a civil project in Bandon, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The new pump station will include two non-clog submersible sewage pumps, bases, rails, wet well with lid and hatch, piles, pile cap, instrumentation, prefabricated concrete electrical building, electrical power, controls, lighting, piping, valves, fittings, flow meter, jib hoist and socket, sanitary sewer force main and related appurtenances, gravity sanitary sewer line, connections to existing pipes and structures, excavation, over excavation for structures, backfill, grading, concrete site work, retaining wall, gravel road, landscaping, and any other miscellaneous site improvements. Work must be substantially completed on or before the critical milestone as stipulated in the Agreement. Question Deadline 09/17/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. The project must be substantially complete 240 days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. Estimated construction cost for the Basic Bid is between $1,200,000 and $1,700,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
