(NONE) The work under this contract includes the construction of a back-up power system and controls at Reedsburg Utility Commission's Wellhouse # 6, located at 1700 8th Street, Reedsburg, Wisconsin 53959. The work under this contract is described in the specification sections of this project manual and shown on the contractor drawings. C. The work is summarized as follows: Provide wellhouse back- up power system, including the installation of an Owner furnished minimum 125-kW, natural gas engine generator, an Owner furnished automatic transfer switch , power distribution junction boxes, and natural gas supply line plumbing , regulators, valves, exhaust piping, monitoring control panel , and related equipment. Provide reinforced, cast-in-place concrete pad for mounting generator. Demolish existing motor control center(s), well pump motor starter, variable frequency drive, and facility lighting panel. Provide new motor control center( s) including but not limited to the following: well pump motor starter, variable frequency drive, harmonic filter, low voltage transformer, lighting panel. Work including conduits, wire, and related equipment. Provide programming to integrate utility/generator power signals to Commission's SCADA system and screens. Provide programming to integrate well pump variable frequency drive. Provide new asphaltic concrete pavement facility access roadway complete with HMA pavement and aggregate base course. Provide cast-in-place concrete sidewalk. Provide al required turf restoration. . Provide all work, equipment, and materials to provide a complete and operable system. D. It is the intent of this Project Manual and the Contract drawings that the Owner will be provided with a complete and operable system , functioning as intended
