Site work for a water / sewer project in Spokane, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

This project consists of the construction of a diversion structure, stormwater lift station, 4 Modular Wetland stormwater treatment systems, 4 type 2 deep drywells, 5 catch basins, associated site piping including approximately 200 total linear feet of stormwater forcemain pipe and appurtenances including a valve vault, 380 linear feet of stormwater pipe of varying sizes, 250 square yards of HMA pavement, 123 linear feet of sidewalk and driveways, sundry utility adjustments, and other related miscellaneous items. The City of Spokane will normally award this Contract or reject bids within FORTY-FIVE (45) calendar days after the time set for the bid opening. If the lowest responsible Bidder and the City of Spokane agree, this deadline may be extended. If they cannot agree on an extension by the 45-calendar day deadline, the City of Spokane reserves the right to Award the Contract to the next lowest responsible Bidder or reject all Bids.
