Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Lackawanna, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
Furnishing and installation of six (6) push-button automatic door operators with associated electrical work and door hardware; installation of ADA-compliant lever-style door hardware at various locations throughout the facility; replacement of existing interior lighting with approximately 140 new 2' x 4' LED light fixtures; preparation and painting of approximately 3,800 square feet of interior wall surfaces . Each bid must be accompanied by a certified bank check or bid bond from a domestic carrier licensed to do business in the State of New York in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid submitted. Security for Faithful Performance: The successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds written by firms licensed to do business in New York State, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amounts in accordance with the provisions of the Contract Documents. Question Deadline 09/17/2026 at 5:00 PM ET Requests For Information (RFI) will only be accepted in written form. RFI's will be accepted at the Office of the Engineer to the attention of Branden Riggs via email (BRiggs@cplteam.com) . The City of Lackawanna reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities therein.
