Reference Number 0000331482 The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified consulting engineering companies to provide services for the work as described in Section 5 and for the City of Steinbach to enter into an Agreement with the Proponent whose proposal is judged to serve the best interests of the City of Steinbach. The 2027 Capital Works B project generally consists of: 1,910 m of asphalt milling and replacement on Albert Street, Crocus Bay, Ellice Avenue from Giesbrecht Street to Brandt Street, Giesbrecht Street from PTH 52 to Woodhaven Avenue, and Harvest Drive. 1,005 m of new sidewalk on Crescentwood Drive, Nicolette Avenue, Rosebrook Trail and Windsor Gate. 15 m of asphalt pathway between Brentwood Drive and the existing multi-use path along the Grandview stormwater detention pond. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Requests for proposals for design services is underway.
