Reference Number 0000331453 Kitchenuhmaykoosib Inninuwug (KI) invites interested General Contractors (GCs) to submit relevant qualification information as it relates to the construction of the Kitchenuhmaykoosib Inninuwug Wastewater System Upgrades and Expansion Project. It is the intention of KI to short-list GCs, through evaluation of the Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) submissions. The "Pre-Qualified" GCs will then have the opportunity to submit bids for construction of the Project when this Tender is made available. Due to the complexity of work, KI is looking for firms that have previous relevant experience or other directly transferrable experience. Kitchenuhmaykoosib Inninuwug is located on the north shore of Big Trout Lake in northern Ontario, approximately 540 km north of Thunder Bay. The community is divided between the Mainland and Post Island and is accessible year-round by air, with winter road access available for a limited period during the winter season.
