The selected firm will provide professional services for the Program including, but not limited to: Program management, phasing plans, and annual coordination with the Citys Capital Improvement Plan and budget process Field investigation, surveying, subsurface utility engineering, and geotechnical coordination Preliminary and final design of water, sewer, roadway (including pavement overlay and fulldepth reclamation), stormwater, curb and gutter, and sidewalk improvements Permitting (FDEP, NWFWMD, FDOT, Okaloosa County, and others as applicable) Pursuit and administration support of funding through grants and loans, including applications compliance documentation, and coordination with funding agencies (e.g., FDEP SRF, CDBG, legislative appropriations) Preparation of facilities plan. Submit questions in writing by email to the City Clerk, Dillon Morris, at dmorris@cityofmaryesther.com no later than September 18th, 2026, by 8:00 a.m. CST. The initial term of the agreement shall be one (1) year. The City Manager may renew the agreement annually, by mutual agreement of the parties, for up to four (4) additional one-year terms, for a maximum total term of five (5) years. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
