Work shall generally include the following: Power Isolation and Disconnection Pump House Demolition and Access (By Owner) Existing Pump Station and Piping Disconnection (By Owner) Removal of Existing Pump Station (By Owner) Wet Well Cleaning and Preparation (By Owner) Installation of New Irrigation Pump Station (By Contractor) Irrigation and Auxiliary Piping Connections (By Contractor) Electrical Service and Conduit Modifications (By Contractor) Pump Station Start-Up, Testing, and Commissioning (By Contractor) Pump House Reassembly and Restoration (By Owner)
