Description

Site work for a mixed-use development in Souris, Prince Edward Island. Conceptual plans call for site work for a residential development; and water / sewer project.

The Town of Souris is a small flourishing community on the eastern end of Prince Edward Island and contains limited serviced areas for growth. The Town, in collaboration with a private developer is proceeding with the development of a new subdivision currently within the existing Town boundary connecting East Point Road to MacPhee Avenue within an existing 11.5ha parcel of land. The Town of Souris is seeking the services of a qualified engineering consultant to provide professional engineering services for the design, tendering, and construction administration for this project. TIMELINE Request for Proposals (RFP) for consulting services has closed at the owner. Further update upon award of the RFP. *Project will be funded through the Canada Housing Infrastructure Fund (CHIF).
